I haven't read through the whole guide, but it seems quite comprehensive. Your recommendation is enough for a sticky ASAIC.

Nice find. Even a caveman should be able to understand it.

My 96 doesn't read any temp. at all, is this because of a faulty thermostat?

The ECT is on the drivers side of the rear head. Don't change it when the engine is hot, you'll burn yourself. It should take a 3/4" socket if i remember correctly.

Typically you would have pulled head bolts/blown head gasket.

I am wondering which relays control the cooling fans in front of the radiator. Also where the sensors are on a 99 aurora

One thing to remember with Water Wetter is that it's not antifreeze, I don't remember if you can mix it with Dex-Cool or not. We used to use it mixed with water back when we raced 5.0 Mustangs at the 1/4 mile track.

Typically you would have pulled head bolts/blown head gasket. You like me have a blown head gasket. Many bucks to fix if you can find someone to do it.

Your best bet is the GM service manual. Check EBAY, something usually gets listed within a month or so that would help you out.

Just to let everyone know...I put in a bottle of engine sealer, alumaseal, that was an slurry of "clogger", and every morning before, I had white smoke come out of the pipes until I the engine reached temperature. Now no water vapor.....
