Now that we know a 4.6 Northstar will work in the Aurora, what about putting a 4.0 Aurora Northstar into a Cadillac? I realize the desire to do so might not be there, due to the difference in power output, but I'm still curious. The main reason for my curiosity is that I'll have a perfectly good 4.0 Aurora Northstar engine sitting around after my swap is done.
Who knows; maybe I'll be able to find a good deal on a Cadillac that needs an engine.
Any thoughts?

Well, with the 4.6 swap well behind me, I think it's time to do this. I'm currently searching for a '96 - '99 STS or Eldorado in need of an engine. Maybe I'll go scouring the Cadillac forums....

don't you guys know that speed was banned forever? i wouldn't be holding my breath for pictures lmao why would anyone want to swap a 4.6 with a 4.0 unless they blew the 4.6 and just happened to have a 4.0 laying around? this seems counter productive
