I did a quick mock up this evening of what a photo could look like with the username on it. I'm open to ideas. I like this design because its simple and doesn't detract from the picture itself. The name could even be a little smaller. The color may need to be reversed for some pictures but I'm going to keep it black or white if possible. I decided to use the Oldsmobile font because we're just that awesome. ;D Critique, please!

Congrats, Oldsnut!
Thanks to everyone who submitted a photo and voted in the polls, it gets better and better each year!
Thanks for all the thank yous, everyone! I enjoy doing it and I'm happy to give ACNA something to be proud of.
I'm going to finish up the rest of the calendar pages in the next few days and get it all online for us! My goal is to have it up early December. I'll try to have it up by the 1st.

So I take that back. ;D I have Roara, Pitt, and 71corvette454's pictures completed with usernames and ready to go on the calendar and it has taken me quite a while. The I'm trying to get the font to be a standard size but since the resolutions are different photoshop doesn't carry the font size correctly from picture to picture so I have to do kind of a trial-and-error process to get the right size.
The moral of the story is I'll need a full day to work on it which will have to be this weekend. Don't fear, I'll get it done this week for sure but I have two tests coming up and I need the rest of the week to study! Sorry, guys!

so I have to do kind of a trial-and-error process to get the right size! It sounds like we need to "up our standards" for the next calendar. Pick the ideal resolution for the calendar and set it as a minimum. Then you can just reduce all the pictures to the same size making it less of a hassle. Thanks for being a trooper! I can't wait for the final product!

It's almost done! I have most of the photoshop work completed barring any unexpected errors. I'm double checking and putting it together now.

^^Yep, the third time (I mean - the third year ;) Well actually now I feel just a little stupid, because after I read this: Great job!! Waiting for the mailman now :) I figured it IS possible to order it from here... Well I'm 99% sure it wasn't 2 years ago and that's why I asked you for doing that also last and this year :-[ Without knowing I can actually do it myself... I hope it wasn't a big problem for you...

Not quite sure what you mean but this is the first time I ordered a ACNA calendar. It was very easy, just enter address, enter the country and little else. I always pay through Paypal, just like when I purchase from Ebay. Now it's Christmas time so it takes a little longer. It was everything I did, and the calendar will soon come i hope. To order to Sweden from the USA or Canada is very simple and never a problem. The Swedish postal service works well between these countries. I do not really know how it is to your country but if you paid via Paypal you get the money back if they cant send it to you. Arne

Yeah, that's what I figured, but only this year, and after Collins had already bought one for me and sent it to Poland. What I wanted to say is that now I know how to order the calendar from here, but two years ago I didn't (I have bought all three calendars with Collins's help). And I'm sure I checked if it's possible to ship it here, but for some reason I figured it's not. So there are 2 possible options: 1. It wasn't possible to ship it to Poland 2 years ago, or 2. I didn't know what PayPal is and thought I couldn't make an account there, because I don't have a credit card - which in fact wasn't true, because after Collins suggested using it, I created an account (that was 2 years ago) and it worked. Well now I'm not 100% sure how it all looked then, but the fact is that this year I could've bought the calendar without making Collins arranging everything for me and that's why I feel a little stupid
