They are in front right by the oil filter. I took the oil filter but still can't get these things out. It's such a tight spot!!! Any suggestions!!!

I think that if you removed the oil filter mount you could then reach the CKPS.

I removed the oil filter but i cant even get the connector off these things. These things are really tight i cant move around in there. Any other suggestions???

Got them in!!! Used scan tool getting no codes for crank sensor just getting a p0306 misfire on cylinder 6 changing the coil pack now

No miss fire anymore!!! Idle seems ruff and I feel hesitation while I drive

Thank you for the picture i know the location but what is the best way to get to it like silviarunner That its hard to get there even if you remove oil filter mount. or not really?

I had bad CKPS in my 2001 5 years ago. I didn't do the R&R myself because I didn't have the time. I had to let a Cadillac dealer do it. I think that besides removing the oil filter mount, they might have taken off the exhaust manifold on that side. That would probably give enough clearence.
