Interesting - Classic goes out the right side, 2G goes out the left...
On the bleed instructions, they are not considering aerated fluid or contamination in the system. Few of us have the vacuum attachment either. In that case, plumb the return line to a container and do the engine off bleed for at least 1 quart of fluid, 2 is better. If you've got highly aerated fluid, the only real thing you can do is get it out as regular power steering fluid does not release air easily.
As a LAST resort, Dex VI is worth a try - works like a champ in the Intrigue.
