Hi there,
I hope I don't sound redundant with this topic, but I am having some issues with my lights. I have a 1995. So it appears that someone happily removed my DRL module in the fender, which I need for an inspection. Along with that, I have lost both fog lights.
I have yet to check relays relating to the fogs, so that is still a possibility. Unless this is a common issue??
I also had a set of HIDs for the low beams, and after plugging them in, I got nothing. I read here that some people had to install auxiliary relays, some did not. Others just pulled out the DRL module (which mine is already), and others left it in. No one around my area knows what an Aurora even is, so asking here is my only option. I'm all for DIY projects, and have installed many HIDs, but this is making me scratch my head Any hints or tips of what I may need?

No DRL on the '95. HIDs in halogen reflector is a no go. Glare! Polarity is probably backwards though. Check fuses/relays for fogs.

Well I'm in Canada so the car has DRLs from factory. The module plug is dangling and looks like it was unclipped with a flathead. As for HIDs I plan on running them until I get new housings just due to lots of night time back road driving. Even in factory lenses on my other vehicles I notice a huge difference. Now reversing polarity can be just as easy as cutting the wires on the extension plug and crossing them??
Yeah I checked the fuses but will check the relay tonight if I have time.

Gotchya. I have a couple resistors laying around somewhere I think but shipping to the North is killer. As for the HIDs in a halogen reflector... not going to beat that dead horse anymore. Check out www.hidplanet.com.

I installed 35w 6000k HIDs in my factory low beam housing's and my DRLs.it was plug in play for me...iv yet to get flashed once...iv also aimed them down quite a bit..although this is only temporary and I only drive it once a week at the moment.. Like sall said I would recommend running them in the factory housings much at all..I'm stubborn so I bought them when a bulb when out since I planned on a retrofit projector mod soon(I have spare headlights that iv already baked open)the problem I have with the retro fits...they use H11 bulbs...not to fawned of that...just letting you know that I installed them with no issues.....but i plan for a complete headlight rebuild VERY soon!
