Can anyone tell me how to check resistance in the coil module and packs?

Tech 2? I don't think you can ohm "through" the ICM. I can get you the pinout for the plug if you wanna play around with it. What'cha got, P0300?

Should only have 5 volts to red/black strip wire but getting 12.26 volts does any one have manual for this car.

You can switch the coil packs. If problem changes banks, bad pack/ICM. If it stays on same bank, connector/wiring/PCM issue.

Pin B (RED/BLK wire) isn't 5V reference.
How/where are you testing? You can ohm between pins A and B, <5 ohns being acceptable.
