This forum has been a wealth of information for this NEWBIE... However, since I am late to the Rora party, many of the old threads are broken. aurorah.proboards.com/thread/10991/aurora-performance-tosWouldn't it be awesome if there was a way to resurrect all of those great "How-to" pictures and videos? I hope that we, as a community, can hold together this forum and keep it from slipping away with time. VIVA LA RORA... Or whatever.

There are quite a few items in several sub-sections that could be re-linked, reorganized and renamed. FWIW most of the stuff can be found on google by searching for items like,"Classic Strut Tower Brace site:aurorah.proboards.com". I don't know why other than time why a lot of the links were never changed after the forum upgrade. I'm not a mod or admin so it's a moot point I suppose haha.

Being on lunch at work right now I can't check haha, but do we have specific links that are broken? I can try to fix them. I've had difficulty finding the original thread in some cases when I noticed a link was broken in the past.

As far as pictures go, I don't think there is much we can do outside of contact the original poster and asking if they still have the pictures on file somewhere.

Yeah, the pictures were linked to other sites that are no longer valid, instead of in an album on this forum.
Oh well...
If anyone out there has any how- or step-by-step info for replacing the rear shocks and mounts on the 02 Aurora 4.0 that would be awesome.
Also would like to do the rear stabilizer and linkage, including bushings.
Thanks.

Upgrade to 22mm STS rear sway bar while you are in there and poly urethane end links and bushings. Shocks are simple. Jack up each side. Remove air line(twist 90*), then it just two bolts on the upper mount and two bolts on the control arm.
But yeah pictures are list forever if the original poster has deleted them or service is no longer available.

Can you tell me what the part numbers are, for bushings and end links, so that I can order them?
Is there a set of pics for the rear sway bar swap, or video?
Thx

You'll have to make brackets from bar steel if you want to use poly sway bar bushings. Of course the pictures are dead in the write-up. I don't have the part numbers I used but I bought mine from prothane some years ago. Still going strong. What size sway bar bushings you need depends on what year Aurora you have. The bars are different diameters for various years.
