I recently posted about a stalling problem, after changing the air filter it seems to be better. However, now the car is overheating and the fans are not moving. I swapped out the relays to check them and the fans still did not move. What else should I do? Recently the radiator and alternator were replaced. My car is 1995, Hillary

Fans do not turn on until 220+ degrees IIRC. Turn the AC on or unplug the coolant level sensor on the reservoir and the fans should spin at low speed. If not there is a problem. Two of the relays are on the passenger side of the firewall.

On the firewall, the far left relay is the low speed fan relay, the other two fan relays are in the box at the front of the engine compartment. (The other two on the firewall are for ABS)
First thing I would do is make sure the fans got plugged back in and then check the cooling fan fuse, which ISTR is in the dash fuse block.

First thing I did was check the fans with ac on and they didn't move.I checked all fuses and relays. If the fans don't move with ac on does that indicate anything?

Yeah that means there is something wrong in the circuit. If you checked all three relays and the fuses then the fans are either dead(highly doubt both died at same time), a wiring issue or the PCM is not commanding them on. You can put 12v directly to each fan assembly and see if they spin.
