Left my car lights on and got a jump. Afterwards the dash lights, high beams, and tail lights wont work. What should I check besides the fuses? MY dad is a mechanic and told me to check the ground. Where is this located?

Fairly sure the high beams and low beams for each side share a ground on that side... one on each frame rail near strut tower. Dash lights would have yet another ground, so it's virtually impossible that you lost three grounds due to jumping the vehicle. Sounds like a fuse blew. Don't have my fsm or I'd check the schematic.

I agree, going from all lights to no lights right after you ran the battery down, It doesn't sound like you had a ground go bad magically at the same time you let your battery run down. It seems like another issue.
The easiest thing to check would be fuses of course, as Bob mentioned. You could also have *potentially* damaged your multifunction sensor, it's inside the turn signal stalk (or rather, it IS the turn signal stalk) and all of the lights in the car (I believe) run through that. lkraft92 had his go bad and he lost all of his left side lights or something of the sort... it was a weird problem.
I would check fuses first for sure, and then go from there. It certainly wouldn't hurt to check and clean up your grounds, but I don't think that having a dead battery would affect how your lights are grounded causing them to all stop working.

Perhaps the I/P 1&2 fuses in the rear fuse block under the back seat. That's what it was when my dash lights were out at least. Could even be the LCM, multifunction switch, etc.

As you've gathered, there's way more to lights on these things than simple ground, switch, bulb, and battery. Every light on the car is controlled by a black box somewhere, and some go through one fuse, some through another, blah blah blah.
You need a factory service manual for ANY electrical troubleshooting. End of story. The electrical schematics run well over 100 pages!

Sorry good people had some issues logging in. I'll check the fuses again.I can only hope it's not deeper than that.

All the functions you mention run through the MFS. Do the front park lamps, front side markers and rear side markers work?

Sorry for the late response. I''ve been out of the country working for the military. I checked the fuses and replaced my tailight bulbs. Same issue. My right turn signal worked fine before, but once i replaced bulbs and switched bulbs my left turn signal works and the right is out. I also noticed when I pull the fuse and on first crank the headlights operate as normal. What gives?

I wonder if you fried something in the LCM when you jumped it.

I don't hear a clicking sound if that has anything to do with a bad mfs. So I'm looking at LCM MFS OR TURNSTALK?

Clicking has to do with LCM and not in all cases. Still sounds like a MFS issue. MFS(multi-function switch) is the turn signal stalk. Disconnect it or pull it and test it on the bench. I can pull up the pinout and tell you where to test continuity with a DMM when I get a chance.

Not to derail the thread, but might be a good time to regurgitate how we should be jumping these things. Ground to engine block strap, hot to positive terminal under hood, right? Seems to me, a good thing would have had a ground terminal as well just to make sure we got it right. (mumble mutter) Also, good first step might be to just try cleaning the LCM first and keep the fingers crossed. aurorah.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=Audio&thread=23492

I usually attach the ground to a strut bolt or sometimes the lift bracket by the PS pump. Something...grounded haha.
