Good day all. I have a overheating problem on my 99 Aurora 4.0 and was looking to get some ideas on what it could be. There seems to be a leak on the driver side of the engine that i couldn't Identify, but it turned out to be from my Cap on the resivoir. I replaced it, but now My engine heats up rather quickly so I'm thinking it might be my thermostat. Can anybody tell me the location of my thermostat and possibly give me any ideas on what else it could possibly be? Thank you.

Check and see if your cooling fans are coming on also.
Keep your fingers out of their way of course.

Can anybody tell me the location of my thermostat... T-stat housing is part of the water pump cover which bolts to the water pump housing (coolant crossover pipe). Just follow the bottom radiator hose, the T-stat is behind the first flange you get to...
