I changed my struts on the 01 aurora and I decided to do kyb at all 4 corners. I was actually disappointed as the ride is a bit harsh and I've had problems out the gate with the front struts. no complaint about the rears, they to the job! Now, on my 03 Aurora, I've already done the rear struts and I went with KYB. I need to do the fronts and I'm definitely not going to do the KYB in the front. So I'm looking for brand suggestions, part numbers for other cars, etc... I'm looking for something sporty yet luxurious lol. Monroe, Gabriel, FCS, MOOG, SEN SEN, etc...
Also, any good rear and or front spring upgrades? Both of my auroras are 2nd Gen.

Sporty yet luxurious? Haha, there's an oxymoron in that somewhere...
I've only had ACDelco (OEM), Monroe, and now KYB.
Got the car at 80K, the Delcos on it were OK, but had obviously seen their better days. Replaced them at 90K with Monroe Quick-Struts. Again, OK, better than the worn out stockers, but not by much. Went to poly sway bar and end link bushings at around 110K. Now we're talking! Much better. Broke a spring and my steering rack at 125K and replaced the Monroes with KYB Strut Plus. Never better! But I can see how that feel/ride may not be for everyone.
If KYBs are out, I'd recommend Monroe. They're comparable to the OE Delcos, and less expensive...

It definitely feels a bit harsh. It's all fine and good but I'm looking to get a little more a cushioned ride. My next mod is poly bushings for sure. I am waiting to install the GXP strut tower bar until I replace the struts. Not a fan of AC Delco for struts. I was looking at Gabriel struts. Anyone have any experience with those?

To my understanding poly bushings will make your ride more stiff and vibrations more pronounced.
