I have been getting P0410 code after driving about 50 miles. In past 1 1/2 year I have done followings: 1. Replaced both Air Diverters (bypass value) 2. Replaced smog air pump 3. Replaced air injection vacuum control value 4. Replace air filter 5. Clean throttle body 5. Checked and replaced vacuum lines connecting to both air diverters and air injection vacuum control value
There is no vacuum leak; both air pump and diverters work fine. Relay seems to be good. What can be causing P0410?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Navin

Make sure that the pump is starting up 100% . Make sure that the Solenoid works correctly and the all the hoses and put on tight if there is smallest leak it will give you that code. Oh ye and change the fuse.

Exhaust leak - or- restriction? Follow the diagnostic strategy for that code too.
