Hey Aurora40, you wrote in another post: "Anyway, they are nice cars. Option info can be found here (for 2002): www.geocities.com/aurora402002/option " I am decoding my Service Parts Identification tag, and have some codes that aren't decoded, and are not on your list. I was planning on making a web page showing all the codes I was able to decode for 2001, and maybe other codes and 2002-2003. Maybe we can share info and decode some of the other codes.

I have the original window sticker of mine, too. I'll edit this post with it when I retrieve it tonight, if you want. edit: The scanner was too small to fit just one, and I ripped it fitting it in, ah! So this is two scans, poorly put into one

I added in a compilation of articles from GM's TechLink. They used to make this public, but no more... They used to make a lot of service stuff public. I guess do-it-yourself customers aren't a priority anymore.

Try www.autotrader.com There are usually several hundred Auroras on there at any time if you search all over the US.

All links in the original post from "Aurora Timeline" down are broken...well, they only lead to notice about AOL Hometown shutting down. Not really "broken", just redirected.

Yes, they are. I have the files, but no real way to host them. Images and such I've moved over, but files, I don't know of a free file host that would work well.

Nice find! I have bought stacks of magazines looking for Aurora ads with no luck. I finally just bought a bunch off of ebay.

I had a feeling they would have some. I have 10 or so Smithsonian, they have a bunch of Oldsmobile ads but no Auroras. I will keep an eye out for some '95s the ones I bought were '97-'99.

AOL hosted .pdf files have been rehosted. Hopefully they work, but it's free so what can you do.
I used to have a digital copy of that "Allure" ad, I'll see if I can find it. It's a cool ad.

As a new Aurora owner (2001) and a Canadian, When I was in the process of looking for a particular model and colour etc, I had search engines that showed the offerings in both US and Canada. One interesting observation was that the models available for sale in Canada were mainly the 4L, in the US, the 3.5L seemed to rule. Maybe Canadians are not so gas conscious? :-) Max.

Once again, the various file links are updated. Hopefully this time they'll stay good for longer.
