Does anyone have any opinions of what wheels would look good on the Aurora aftermarket wise. Just curious if anyone else has maybe any pictures of some Auroras with them. not sure what I might be wanting to do just yet. I just bought new tires a few months ago so I'd like to stay 16" if possible. I just need to sell the Riviera rims to have some cash ready if I do decide to do it.. I was thinking maybe these rims: MB motoring drifters what my car "might" look like with these rims... Do they fit my car? If not, do you have any other suggestions?

If you what to stay 16" I say stay will the original. The pic with MBs I think is giving a false reading. The tire height will be bigger. Just look at your sig. Other thing would be the 4.0's 17".

Well said 95mushroom, I would go with the stockies, the 4.0 17 inch factory wheel. If you looking to saty at about the same rim size, why not with the 17's.

Don't take it the wrong way, Dan, but you were just recently talking about wanting to get out of the car. Rims will increase the money you put into it, and reduce the money you can get out of it. On a family car like this, mods = worse resale and usually a tougher resale. People want a stock car when shopping for something like an Aurora. If you aren't happy with the car, or just view it as transportation, save your money. There will always be things to spend it on later.

My god those rims are ugly on that Aurora. Fully loaded 4.0L, too! They must absolutely kill acceleration... oh well. at least it comes with the chrome 17's too. But yeah, don't buy any aftermarket rims. In my opinion, those chrome 16's that came with your car are very nice. The 17 chromes are nicer, but still

I think that black 2nd Gen Aurora with them 22's looks nice.
Oh well, some people like Chocolate, some like Vanilla.

I personally feel that those larger rims are one of those things that everyone is going to look back on 20 years from now and think "what the hell was I thinking?!" kind of like Afros and bell bottoms. at the time they seemed cool but years from now you'll have no idea what you saw in them..

Depending on the car's design, I think 18" wheels are the maximum size that looks good. Of course, some cars look good with smaller wheels (for instance, I would never put 18s on my Galant because it would look stupid). I think anything over 18s (and 19s on certain large SUVs/trucks) just looks gaudy in most instances, though a few break the trend here and there, most notably Javi's Classic Aurora.
I recommend those awesome Eagle wheels that I like so much. They're on BlackAurora's signature, I think.
The 4.0's stock 17s look fantastic, in my opinion. They'd work very well on the 3.5. I've been waiting for someone to do that. The 3.5's 16" wheels really let the design down a notch, in my opinion. The Classic looks correct with 16s, but the second gen just looks right with 17s.
