Hey, this is a really nice place! Anyways, I am intrested in putting a new set of 20" rims on my car. I've done a little researching, but I was unable to find anything about offset for our cars. The correct bolt pattern is 5x114.3, but we can use 5x115 right? I was looking at a set of rims from Driv. They're the Driv GT chrome rims seen here.. the offset is either +34 of +45. Is it possible to apply these rims to the car? I would like to go +34 in the front, and +45 in the rear. www.streetdreams.org/wheels/rims/Driv/GT/ChromeThanks for all your help... -Nick

Our cars should be 5x115mm, not 5x4.5." Where did you get your info?

4.5 inch = 114.3 millimeter Technically you didn't, i was just thinking backwards. I knew that 114.3mm was 4.5."

The factory specified size on our FWD Auroras is 5x115mm. The factory size on 'F' body RWD cars is 5x4.5" but to tell you how close they are I can say that a '99 Aurora and a '99 Camaro or Firebird use the same front rotors. The wheels don't exactly fit right though, i've tried and wouldn't recommend.

Someone on the board did use 5x114.3 wheels (17" wheels from a Dodge of somesort) on his Aurora. I believe he used spacers of some kind. They looked very good. He has since sold the car.
edit-- thelovethatneverdies I believe was his name.

So would a rim sized 5x115 with a +35 offset fit snug on our cars? I'm just wondering if it will fit or not..
I am going to wrap the rims in some 245/35/20 BFGoodrich G-Force T/A's if this setup is possible...

The wheels I am looking at have a 40mm offset or 38mm offset. I believe they would work?
