I want to put 22 inch rims on my Aurora. DO i need to take it to a tranny shop, to change some settings after i do it?

most people don't. but if you want you can have the computer recalibrated to the new wheel diameter at the stealership

Err...Classic or 2nd gen?
You can change it with Tech2 (granted its a 2nd gen)at a dealership, but if you have a Classic, maintain the 27.1" tire height, a tranny shop can't help you.

yes you do. i have 20s on my 98 and they are about the same height as my stocks, but if you're putting 22s on, then you;ll definitely have to raise it up a little

I believe a 255/30/22 tire should keep the stock tire hight, or very very close. I have 255/35/20 on mine and it is the same hight as a 235/60/16 tire.
