I put these CTS rims on for fitment. Great fit and plenty of caliper clearance.....

Opens up a lot of possibilities. Especially if you can shop at a recycle yard. You can get a different look without spending mega bucks.

I'd say I told you so, but..... algonquin, it really does, esp. when you include the large aftermarket for wheels for the CTS.

Yeah, this would be a great upgrade for those wishing to go plus 1 on their Classics. You could fit a 255/50/17 tire as a almost exact match for overall height and the bolt pattern is 115x5, perfect. There is a slight difference on different model years, but they all look very similar to the one pictured. I believe it's also available in chrome, either looks pretty darn nice.
A quick check online shows that there isn't much of a bargain vs any other aftermarket wheels, the cheapest I saw was $200 ea. used on Craigslist. You may find them cheaper locally. 255/50/17 tire selection is pretty slim, I found BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDWS and Kumho ECSTA ASX in all seasons, a few more in summer only's, I would find either of these tires very suitable, others may not. There is more of selection in 235/55/17 which gives you a pretty wide selection and is OEM size for 2nd Gen cars.

Aren't these the same wheels as the Final 500

Close, those are CTS wheels, as where the Final 500's use the Seville (2000+ I believe?) wheels with different caps SevilleFinal 500

Not bad. I still like the goofy stock Centennial wheels on our cars.
