since neither is made for 115 MM bolt patterns just wondering if anyone has tried using 4.5 inch bolt pattern and slightly enlarging the hole for the amount of offset needed. I know that unilugs used an offset washer of sorts so this may be a second choice.

Never been a big fan of unilug due to wheel centering issues. The classics already have a mighty sensitive suspension as is and I can't imagine even the slightest issue with centering will help any.
Your biggest problem will probably be finding a wheel that has the correct offset. You're talking around +42 if I remember right. The '01 Grand Prix wheels I'm running are considered a high offset, and they BARELY clear the front calipers. You'd be surprised by how deep the OEM tires go into the wheelwells on full compression ... put a deep dish wheel on these things, and it'd be a race to see which would shred first - the rubber or the fenders.
You find something that works, keep us posted ...
