Hi all!
I’m new here and it’s nice to have found ACNA. I now have a 97 Aurora, but before it was mine, it was my brother-in-law’s. We were going to take trip to my sons wedding from Vernon British Columbia to Haida Gwaii; (Queen Charlotte Islands). This would be a 1650 km return trip so my brother-in-law offered us his 97 Aurora for the trip! All we had at the time was a 1990 Honda, not in the best condition. So needless to say we jumped at the chance. It was the most luxurious riding car I have ever driven. The trip went flawlessly and the Island was absolutely beautiful! Just a note… Did you know that the Queen Charlottes only have one traffic light, one only at the ferry and nowhere ells? Now for the trip home! The ferry was a 7 hour trip, one way! So disembarking at Prince Rupert we started our trip to Vernon. We made it no more then 5 clicks and started blowing radiator fluid all over the engine! We pored water into the rad and made it back to Rupert. To make a long story short, my brother-in-law put us up in a motel, had the car fixed, $800!! New rad and pump belt. We waited 4 days for parts to come in and finally got home. To months later, my brother-in-law buys a new car and gives me the Aurora!!! FOR FREE!!!!!!! This has been my car for 2 months and I love it!

Sorry... My camera has been broken prior to getting the Aurora and I haven't gotten around to getting another one. Procrastinator I guess. When I do, I'll resurrect this post and show them.

Sorry… It wasn’t my intention to make anyone jealous! BUT! It sure is nice getting a free car!! The car is not without issues, but they are minor ones and can be fixed in the garage.
