Jim, sorry just had to show everyone the whole ride. I some how forgot to get a picture of the chrome Special M door sill plates and other stuff.
But you all get the idea.
I won't bother you all with that.

Is that right?? 7300 odd miles?? Javi, looks like you found yourself a good buy. Good luck with the new ride, drive it in good health. Hopefully you never have to find out how good it is in a crash.

Absolutely. It was just a terrible thing what happened and thankfully you are all AOK. Wouldn't wish an accident on anyone!

Javi: Glad you're still here in the Aurora forum. Eventually, memories of your beloved Aurora will fade and soon you'll be 100% at the Chrysler boards ;D

not to bring up an old thread here but its great to read what actually happened to your ride javi (not to mention the damage on the outside and yet none on the inside specially how it was described) as for the 300, did you do anymore mods aside from the lip spoiler? I know of the rims

first off i want to express my condolences. i just now noticed this thread. i was just saying the other day that we should start a thread "the graveyard" for wrecked and lost Auroras from ACNA members. it's pretty amazing how much damage was done to a 2 ton car. i know if the hood is damaged on an Aurora it's usually totaled, just like if a fairing gets busted on a motorcycle. but your hood did pretty well. thank GOD your family & everyone else survived. i am confused Javi, you just now got a 300M but your sig has had a pic of one for some time!? AM I TRIPPIN? also, up close it look like chameleon paint, love the rear lip too

I know of the rims I did some work on the interior lighting switched to LED's, even the ignition is bright white LED. first off i want to express my condolences. i just now noticed this thread. i was just saying the other day that we should start a thread "the graveyard" for wrecked and lost Auroras from ACNA members. it's pretty amazing how much damage was done to a 2 ton car. i know if the hood is damaged on an Aurora it's usually totaled, just like if a fairing gets busted on a motorcycle. but your hood did pretty well. thank GOD your family & everyone else survived. i am confused Javi, you just now got a 300M but your sig has had a pic of one for some time!? The paint is called Deep Sapphire Blue, it looks quite awesome in the sunlight.

you gotta let me know whats needed to do this LED upgrade and the same goes for the side marker lights how you made it LED and clear sided it (the material used) I noticed you did that to your 300M by the sigs in the pic.

wow! those pics were bad, i did about 3500 worth of damage both to a Blazer when i hit a deer, and my old silverado when these great Michigan winters decide to throw you into a ditch. it's always kinda makes me sad to see an Aurora all smashed up like that. interesting fact tho, the Classic Aurora actually broke GM's crash test machine, and needed a TRUCK frame crusher to do the tests, so the Aurora was reguarded highly for it's safety, and it protected the most precious cargo of all.
when i was looking for a car, i went back and forth between the Aurora and the 300M. when i drove my friend's, it impressed me alot. stock it has a 3.5L 250HP V6, so i was impressed with the power it packs into a V6, the same power as the Aurora 4.0L. i also dig Chrysler's TapShift manuel shift mode, one thing i really wish the Aurora had. so while i love my Aurora to death, i definately dig the 300 Special. nice ride!

The Chrysler looks like a great ride, but I've never seen a vehicle more beautiful that the classic Auroras. (Even beat out my previous favorite, my former 70 Chevy Monte Carlo).

Javi... can you imagine its been almost four years? man oh man, that car took a hit! i have read this several times and have showed it to family memebers and friends to show what a beast these things are. I didnt realize that i havent commented yet, though I had 3x by now! ahh well what can one do?
anyhow, that 300 still working out good for you? Any problems/issues that future buyers should look for? are you a member on any chrysler 300 forums?

Hey cbburtraw, I can't believe myself that it's been four years since my Aurora has been gone, I still miss that Aurora. But ha, I still have the 2003 300 Special M, I have not ran into any bad problems, still running strong, keeping up with the oil changes, now there every 5,000 miles. I have about 39,000 miles on her. And I drive her everywhere, road trips, camping trips, gone to Wisconsin. Still Running Strong. But I have been thinking to move on to an SUV, family comes in mind, need that room, but we'll see. I'm a member at 300MClub.org, but I like it here better. Take care.

I'm a member at 300MClub.org, but I like it here better. Ha, I dont blame you. I love this forum and its members. As you can see from my sig, I may end up moving on from the Aurora for now (im about to go into college and freshmen cant make much use of cars due to parking issues, so whatever car i end up with i will leave for family use incase my moms van dies. plus i wouldnt have any time to work on a car such as the Aurora and maintain it properly). I will still be a regular around here, and will surely own another Aurora someday at least, possibly a second gen.

University of Michigan. Parking will always suck at large universities, especially as an underclassman. This is why I am skeptical about getting another aurora for the time being- its not a car i want to leave in my mom's care (she doesnt know much about cars and wouldnt notice something wrong)

I cant rag on the Spartans too much. my aunt graduated from their business school and makes 6 digits a year. And as you can imagine, thier whole house is decked out in state stuff. Looks good to be honest, wish my house was decked out with Michigan stuff like that lol (maybe in the future)
