It's got that space shuttle look! Living up to the Olds Aurora comercials of the 90's

I like the way that matches the arc of the trunk lid, but it's just a tad bit too high and wide for the car. I see a diamond pearl white Classic running around town here fairly frequently with a very low profile spoiler. I have no idea what it's off of, but it really looks like it could have been factory installed. I've got a spoiler for a '92-'95 Bonneville sitting in my barn but I have no intention of trying to attach it to my Classic. If I were to try to do something like that, I would get an extra trunk lid from a donor car to experiment on before making the final installation.

Does the spoiler have the brake light or not?

That Charger spoiler fits the Aurora better than it does a Charger! I agree ... it IS to long for my tastes. Anyone ever try cutting a couple inches off the end? I imagine they're just clad foam, and a bit of bondo to reshape and seal the ends should dot the trick ... kinda like this ... CAUTION - PHOTOSHOPPER AT WORK - PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISKAnyway, you get the idea ... (Fixed your license plate as well) <G>

No. The brake light was incorporated into the spoiler on the '96-'99 Bonnevilles but the '92-'95 models had it in the rear window. This would actually make the spoiler easier to adapt to another vehicle. Here's a picture of what it looks like on a Bonneville: www.annihilatorcustoms.com/store/images/vis/WW/Pontiac/49220.jpgDoes the spoiler have the brake light or not? Ok, I think I like a slightly smaller spoiler. The one they use on the Ford Fusion looks about right. Need to find one at the scrap yard. This pic is from Kersh...

I dont mind the length. ..my only issue is the ends.nif they dipped down a with the body id be satisfied completely. ..thought about taking a heat gun to it ,but idk if that will be a good idea. Someday I'll mod it ,but for now i got bigger fish to fry! I also think it fits the aurora much better than the chargers

Heat gun might be an option ... with a bit of prep first. ABS is pretty easy to work with ... - Make a plywood guide for the shape you want to have when done - Notch the wing from the bottom and leave a V shape on the sides so you can heat and fold the top section. - Make an inner brace with ABS and slide that into the wing, then recess rivet that in place for strength. - PlastiFix to fill the seams on the sides and bottom. Stuff sands smooth and strong. I figure maybe three or four notches per side to get a nice gradual curve? Set the wing in the plywood and hold it there as it cools and it should keep the correct shape. That will also give nice symmetry on both sides. I'd also consider maybe cutting the wing square at the ends about the length I pic'd earlier and add "winglets" at the ends. That could be as simple as a flat panel welded to the ends, then bondo that to shape ... I think maybe about two inches all around following the profile of the wing would be killer ... here's the same thing ... only different for an idea of what I'm talking about ... (don't mind me ... slow day, and active imagination) <G> EDIT >> By square, I mean cut the ends of the wing so the winglets would be straight up and down ...
