It is a system by which different "spoons" are worked from behind the damaged surface to remove the dent without filling it with bondo or drilling and pulling it out and then filling in and painting. I hope this gives you an idea--you can do a web search and find endless companies. I really wanted some feedback from those who have had it performed on their vehicles or know someone who has and is pleased. thanks

I just had this done on my BMW 745i for a ding it had when I bought it. The dent was removed and you cant even tell there was a ding there but.............there are little pin sized dents in my paint there after the process. The guy said that its due to metal particles in the paint that moved a bit. Anyway took less than 20 minutes and looks good enough to me.

I have used both, paint-less dent removal and (believe it or not) dry ice on the smaller one's. I have had great results. The dry ice took out any minor dents like light hail damage and the dent removal for the larger one's. You can't even tell where it was.
