Comon, there's got to be alot of Aurora's here in MI. GM's stompin grounds. Let make something happen before it gets too cold!!!
Let me know if you're in. I live in Auburn Hills.
We could all take over one of the new Sonic drive in's that just went in the area...just an idea

I'm in Michigan. I think it would be cool to have a little meet sometime. Unfortunately since I am in Michigan, I also have no job. Therefore it is not very fiscally responsible for me to be driving all over the state. Until I have a job I am going to have to pass.

What about the Lansing Homecoming show every summer?

I'm also in that job boat. But I'm down for Lansing. Only spots that would really be a PITA for me would be Kalamazoo or anything north of Gladwin. Everything else I'm down for.

I'm back to work so pretty much anything is doable on the right day now. I'll have to look into that Lansing homecoming show that Toro68 mentioned......Or maybe the Bay City Fireworks Festival in July? Anything down by the river in Bay City would be pretty good for pictures. Just throwing ideas out there.

I live in Sterling Heights and I am also in that no job boat. There is a weekly show in Mt. Clemens and I think all we would have to do is stake out a group of spaces. I can check into it further if anyone is interested.

I looked into the "Oldsmobile Homecoming Car Show & Swap Meet" website, and here is an entry form for the show. $10 for each car if you register before May 15th, $20 if you register after. Gives a bunch of information on the entry form...........I'm up for this if we have atleast a couple people that would go. Kinda centralized in the middle of the state.

Still trying to get a roll on this, but I finally have GREAT idea.......... How about Lake Orion? Bring the Aurora's back to where they were born! Maybe try to strategically place them in front of the Orion Assembly sign out front, or pictures at the lake. We've gotta have SOME kind of meet.........I need to check out some 2nd gen's before I buy one...

I'm from michigan too, I think its an awsome idea to have a meet. I'm down for just about any where. There are a couple of other Aurora owners in my town that i may be able to talk into going even though they're not ACNA members. Next summer I plan on going to one of the big meets, can't wait!
