thanks, yup, thats 42U, on the "sight sheld" (what a part name...LOL GM) had to replace a door trim strip, on one side.
and got carried away, as i usually do. did the calipers at the same time(bout a month ago) but never had time to post pic's

tipsymcstager, You said you have your xm-radio hard wired? How did you do that? Is it now built into the radio? I didnt see the head unit in the pictures. I not exactly tech saavy, but it sounds interesting. I have Sat. radio myself and would like to do that to my '02. Thanks

well.hard wired in the fashion, i've got the lighter plugins
spliced in the 12v supply for the auxiliary power socket, on the passenger side. and the fuse's set up to turn off after 10min's

i did the 01 the same way other then it's hooked up to the
auxiliary power socket,(not the stock radio) and the XM-radio i have fit's nicely under the ash tray cover.







i REALY HATE looking at/ haveing too plugin every time i get in the car

That looks good, well integrated in that cubby. I'll post some pictures on what mine looks like. I still have my Sirius unit on the windshield but I routed the wires in a unique way

the plug wire for the GPS runs under the headliner,down the
A pillar, through the dash, to the setup (like the 97) thats stashed under the glovebox.

I gotta say that '01 looks really good, the black is really nice. I haven't done anything to mine yet really. Eventually I'd like to get wheels, and paint the headlight clusters, just can't decide to do it the body color "cappuccino" or black.

probably,would look better body color (i think).
but thats your call, if you tape around the little bump
and leave that chrome, it look's like a bezel around the light hole
(don't know if you can see that in these pic's)

WHERE WOULD I FIND OUT ABOUT MY TWO GIRLS? jUST BY DRIVING AROUND HERE IN OKLAHOMA CITY, I CAN TELL THAT TTHE WHITE DIAMOND 99 ISNT THAT REAR, AND THE METALLIC RED 98 HAS A TWIN RUNNING AROUND HERE, BUT I HAVE SEEN ONLY ONE OF THEM....I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW ABOUT THE TWO GIRLS....IF SOMEONE CAN LET ME KNOW I WOULD BE VERY GREATFUL.....THANKS IN ADVANCE.....BTW...YOUR GIRLS ARE BEAUTIFUL

no sir, they're DIP D95's rims. had my choice of chrome or black
and went with the black.
most of the other black finish rims i could find (afford) didn't have lug nut covers, and thats what im incline towards
