So, I thought my aurora was in park when I went to get out. I was in a big hurry, and soon realized she was not in park. My car ran slowly into the truck parked in front. My black beauty is not so pretty now:( Minimal damage but enough to make me cry. Tip of hood bent, scrapes and bumper damage. Where can I find a black hood and bumper at for a good price? ? :(

Thats not cool Tracy, good luck gettin her fixed. .....remember that e-brake, I usually use mine on a slope but not always. On a flat I'm in the habit of not using it.

Sorry to hear of your accident. Seems like stuff like that always happens when we try to rush things. There are always front ends on e-bay.

I did not take key out, i didnt even shut her off. It just all happened so fast. I found out that getting the damage fixed, will be way more expensive than just buying replacement parts. Price quotes i got for repairs was outrageous! Thanks for the tips everyone! I will hopefully have it all fixed before the car show this year! Tracy.

Sorry to hear that, Tracy! That old girl has been through a lot, though. She'll come through. ;D
Get your brother to give you that silver hood that he hung up in his garage! lol.
