Guys after a year of owning what when healthy was one of the best cars i had every drove, my Aurora finally passed away today. my girlfriend told me that the car felt funny when she drove it and she had smelt hints of gasoline but it wasn't until i started my baby that i "heard" the bad news and once letting my trusted mechanic check it out i found out that my engine had beat itself up. because my girlfriend never let the car warm up before driving and let me remind you, i live in midland and at 6 am in the morning its -6 degrees outside. long story short. she will never drive again.

Felt funny? Just means it's leaking something. Sorry if it really isn't right. What happened?

thats a shame, hate to see any aurora fall to the wayside! seeing as your not going to get crap for it in resale, just keep it, and find a decent used motor, regasket it little by little, and swap it out this spring.
