Anyone know anything else that we'd have around our houses that plugs that hole, someone said big gatorade drink caps plug it up.

I wouldn't trust a Gatorade cap, it's not strong enough. If it fell into the intake it would block off your MAF screen and cause all kinds of problems. I used a PVC pipe end cap for a while, it's a lot sturdier. It was like $.50 at Home Depot. A test plug is the best though, just take a drive up to the local hardware store and grab one!

Got Oatey?   Put this in a few years ago. Before that I did have a juice cap that taper-fit perfectly, no chance of it getting sucked in but not necessarily a perfect seal either. |
