I really love the 2g headlights, and I notice they do have very similar size dimensions to the 1g headlights. I wonder how hard/if possible if we could fit 2g headlights onto a 1g.
Speaking of isn't there a guy on here who owns a 1g and 2g, he'd be the perfect person to measure/try out this.

As I said on another thread, I saw an Alero today their headlamps have the same type of design as the 2G aurora; I wonder if they'd be any closer to fitting in the 1g aurora than the 2g auroras headlamps or not?

Couldn't help but notice the nice black custom headlight job.... Did you just tape em off nice? Don't know cause you got quite a nice chrome reveal around each light....how? Nice nope, no dice! lol and i was thinking the 1g light was longer. in fact the 2g is about 1 3/4 longer, 1in taller!!! and the stepback is all wrong. (but who know's) "never say never" if it's imaginable, it's doable i always say ;D

Tape the portions off you want to make chrome. I prefer the green masking tape over the blue in this scenario. However, probably will still peel some aluminum deposit off the lamp if you are not lucky. It's sensitive stuff. Also, color match to OEM paint not something similar off the shelf.
