The first one he shows in the write-up is the rear one. This is for the 3.5. I have the 4.0 classic and I found the more things you can un-bolt/clip and move aside to make more room the better.

I only had a front leaker so i havnt done the back yet, rip me.

Well the gasket job went very well other than scrapped hands and arms from the rear cover. I decided to follow the book and not use any sealer..... WELL the front cover is leaking Again!!! I cleaned it to hospital specs and insured the gasket was in place. Now I worry about the rear one also leaking! This weekend I'm going to my grandson's house and remove the front cover and we'll clean and put it back on with my proven Permatex Ultra Black or maybe The Right Stuff which is like the Honda adhesive. Don't know if I'll attempt to change the rear one if it's leaking we'll decide that later. It does smoke and smell like burning oil and I'm hoping it's only the front.
