To answer a couple cooling questions...normally, the fan comes on too late on these cars, and will tend to thermally cycle a bit much. For every 1 PSI cap, you have boilover protection for 3 degrees...so a 15lb cap will protect above 212F another 45 degrees F. Coolant in and of itself isn't really providing the boilover protection.
So if you want to keep the car running cool on a 195 Stat, you'd set fans on at 200F and off at 195F, which works very well.

Just to let you folks know, my father passed away a couple weeks back, so it took a lot of my time as executor of his estate. I'm basically back full time again...and thanks to the few that did send ECM's out. Feedback has been good. Sorry to hear about your dad.
