What are some Simple but nice things i can do to my 2003 2g? Anything from performance mods to visual mods? Any ideas?

Some folks have put chrome wrappers on the front air inlets. I put screen mesh behind them to knock down the rocks and big bugs trying to damage my AC condenser. I've had more than one radiator fail from flying debris..

Body color matching or blacking out the headlamp chrome trim. Can't you 2G owners also remove the amber from the headlamp turn signal? I'd do that too!

There are a few easy/simple/affordable mods.
A cold air intake, a more free-flowing exhaust. There are some people that are currently working on a good tune for the Aurora's (both the 1/2g's). These are about as -easy- as it gets.
After that, you can port your heads/intake manifold. You can also shoot for a larger throttle body.
I don't know about the 2G's, but the cams might be swappable from the larger 4.6 northstars like they are for the classic..
