I am no master technician but I believe you have to divide evenly the speed of sound (pressure wave) until it will come back to the valve with pressure bursting through the valve. It bounces back and forth. Although mine will be slightly different with different cam, I am a little unsure on how to apply this math over the duration of time. Valve open, then from valve closed to valve open again?? Then I would like to tune it for 5,500 rpms, I think. Any advice is appreciated.
