Looks like I will be in Wartburg on Friday if I make it that far on 1 tank of fuel. If not I will stuck on the side of the road. We will be starting just north of Dayton and we will be in a K2500 6.0L. The first place to get fuel is Wartburg Tn.

If all goes well, your customer base will be unimaginable.

If all goes well, your customer base will be unimaginable. I don't think so. How many LS1 or Gen III & Gen IV cars and trucks do we do a year. Then add the 3800's. I bet we will do 2% of all the others added together in Northstars

It cost us $33 to run 367 miles

You'd have to get about 40 mpg to achieve that with gasoline.

We had a truck the held 24.5 Gasoline Gallon Equivalent (GGE) at 3600 psi and we put 3700 psi in the tank and they say you get 80% out of the tank. That would be 19.6 GGE at 3600 psi and they said at 3700 we might get 1 to 2 gallons extra. I figure the max we had was 21.6 for the 367 miles. Say 362 that we went and the 21.6 GGE would make it 16.76 MPG out of a 6.0L 2500HD with 3.73 gears. The best part is the fuel onl;y cost $1.50 at the first stop

Grasshopper you have much to learn Hey do you have E10% or pure gas? If you have E10 you should have an E10 tune. If not it is like running about 15.3 to 1 on gas This was not a thread to sell tunes. I was going to offer up help so others could tune. You have a lot to learn. There are no E10 tunes for Auroras, there are no Aurora tunes. Bottom line. I think you just like attention for something you can't even do, like usual, you are a complete waste of time and everyone is laughing at you. I have never been blasted by a mod like I have by Randy T. I think he is way out of line. If you read my Northstar tuning thread you will see that I have been 100% up front with the tuning. In the beginning I (AJxtcman) was doing segment swaps. This is tuning, but it is kind of not or maybe cheating. I was using a combination of factory GM calibration segments to built a tune. I was not at that time able to edit the calibrations. Things have come a long way since 2007. I have been tuning with Tom aka N0dih aka programmer@pcmcalibrators for many years now. Tom does the Full Size Chevy's from 1996 to 1999 and most of the 3800's. I do the 1999+ trucks, the V8 cars and all of the 60° V6 stuff. Back in 2009 we got are hands on a Wester's tune as you can read about in the Wester's misconception thread. Using that tune I was able to map out some tables that we didn't have mapped out yet. Lets say I feel confident that Wester's can tune the 1996 to 1999 Northstar's and that if needed I could just resell his tune. That is not the case. We can actually tune these calibrations. Now I am not saying I can make every adjustment in the calibration to every parameter, but I can tune the spark tables, the EGR tables, the AFR (to correct for E10%) a bunch of trans tables and maybe a few other items, but nothing like what I can tune on a LS1. I am not claiming that and I will not misrepresent our company by stating that. We spend about ***** a month on sponsoring forums. I do not see any link to sponsor this forum and I don't want to step over the line. I have tried to be very respectful about not being a sponsor and posting on your forum. Oh I have crossed the line as far as posting prices, but I really didn't want to. Do you have a sponsor form? if not do you mind me posting tuning services?-caleditor Feel free to post all the tuning services you offer, in fact, that is part of what I have been asking to see. So, you are saying you are trying to copy Westers tunes? You also said you could sell their tunes if you wanted to? Is Westers ok with you selling their work? I highly doubt that. I also doubt you sponsor any forum, I doubt everything about you. You are all talk and you have proved nothing. If you have problems with me, then don't run and try to report about it to the staff, I am part of the staff. If you were honest and up front from the start, like you stated above, you and I would have no problem at all.

The trip to Indiana ended up getting me additional information. I met up with the GM calibrator that worked on the Northstar Calibrations. We do not sponsor the 3800 Forum, but we are allowed to advertise We are a sponsor of Performance Truck dot net and LS1Tech We are also Moderators on other forums.

I was not posting -- The only people that can tune these cars are Myself, Tom, Lyndon Wester, Ion, Ed, and Jerry can tune these cars

Whatever happened to the PCM you where supposed to send out? Tom need to repair them first and at that time he will load the tune I send him. I was up in Indiana last week doing CNG conversion training and installations. This was sprung on me last minute on the Tuesday before last. Then I had to figure out how to get back to Rock Hill on CNG. I am waiting for Tom to call me right now to check in on the status of about 7 PCM's that he has to get out

I have been going though all of the vehicles that I have tuned. I started to make a copy of all of the tunes and put them in a folder. I am at 347 tune files and I haven't even got to the truck files yet

There is nothing about tuning in either of those threads. Do you have any links to threads or anything else where you have completed a tune? At 347 tunes so far, and you are such a big part of so many forums, there has to be some kind of proof, lol. First I was doubting you could tune an Aurora, now I am doubting you can tune anything. So you like to talk big on forums and make yourself look good, that's ok, do what you want, be honest from now on on our forum, and we can all learn from each other and get along fine. What kind of '99 Oldsmobile do you have? "I little information on my Northstar tuning" Do you mean a little information on Westers Northstar tuning?

Answering questions with more questions, lol.
I don't know, how? In your email you said you got your hands on one from Westers, I guess that's how. But, again I don't know, why don't you tell me. And what kind of '99 Olds do you have?
