I finally had to change my password here after 6 years! The stupid verify human / captcha thing does not work. No matter how many times I would enter the answer it failed. Could they make it any worse? trying to understand the audio option is near impossible. It's obviously nothing more than an advertisement and definetely no security measure.

You mean you typed your password in wrong and then could not pass the CAPTCHA? If you ever type your password in wrong you don't even have to fill the CAPTCHA out. Just click login again in upper right corner of the page. I personally usually have no issue with any style CAPTCHA that can't be circumvented. There is always the refresh button on captcha too to get a 'new' captcha. Otherwise there is no CAPTCHA to change password within the profile. As for the CAPTCHA being an advertisement? Well sure. It was only a matter of time before that measure was enacted. I read an article about it a couple days ago. It is to more less ensure you are not a 'robot'. Internet advertisers kill text-based CAPTCHA

yea i'm aware of the bots but a captcha should be something short, easy and stupid like "d-tour xtreme" not "file for free at freedom tax"
