This is my spoiler. It's from Streetscene and it's actually for the '05-'09 Ford Fusion.

Not bad. Simple and understated. You need some tint to complete your theme! I know Ohio laws are ****** though!

I'm on bodykit.com I believe. They have classic spoilers and also w/o led light.
I actually really like what you've done. Did you do all the mods yourself??

The spoiler was purchased through Summit Racing. I think tje part number is SSE-950-70757.
Yes. I've done it all. I have to buff the tail lights out a bit. They're a bit too dark. I'm trying to get a smoked look as opposed to a tinted, or blacked out look.
Sall, the window tint is on the list for next year, but it will not be very dark at all. Just enough to get "the look" I want.

This is my spoiler and there should be a thread about this somewhere. It was our member Tipsy who solved the mystery of where the spoiler came from, as he has the same one on his car.

I used VHT "Niteshades": www.summitracing.com/search/product-line/vht-nite-shades-coatingIt really works well on a clean surface. You're supposed to use 3 coats, but I thought it would be TOO dark, so i did just enough of a coat to allow the paint to flow (even out). I still have to rub it out a bit which will lighten it to about where I want it.

Truthfully, with your car being white, you won't have to smoke them very far to make them look good.
Just make sure it's not so dark that it's unsafe. Getting rear-ended because someone can't see your brake/tail lights would not be nice (for you OR them)!

Tamiya smoke is the best product IMO.

Tamiya smoke is the best product IMO. Sall, how's the durability of that being a model paint? I've been looking for something with a bit more translucence than the VHT. (I need to be be able to lay down a thicker coat without darkening as much). For my taste, the VHT is actually too dark if you lay down enough to get adequate flow to the paint. I'd also like to do something to the headlights, but I KNOW the VHT is too dark for that. I suppose, I could always use a more durable clear OVER the smoke as long as it's a compatible paint.

I think I know what my first and only mod will be. The Aurora is a lovely car but really, the droopy tails on both generations kinda look like ass, almost as bad as the 97-03 Grand Prix with the spoiler delete.
