If anyone can ever locate me the corsa exhaust that mates to the V8 I would love to get my hands on it.

www.corsaperformance.com/auto.htm doesn't make a system for the Aurora but it might be possible to adapt the system for the Seville or DTS to the Aurora. EDIT: Aurora40 put the Corsa exhaust on his 2002 4.0 years ago. PM him for details.

You could use the Deville/Seville system. The only problem would be the fitment of the tips in the Aurora rear fascia.

No problem with those tips. Aurora40 has them on his car.

Can I purchase this from the dealer? or do you mean the one intended for the Seville/Deville from Corsa? The junkyards are full of regals and grand prixs. All the "old man" cars get repaired here, not junked.

Bob's Corsa system is an Aurora specific system. Its one of two made, IIRC.
I emailed Corsa about a system for my '01 a while back, and they said they won't be selling/making any more Aurora systems. They said a Deville/Seville system would work with some tweaks..
Your call.

I have an '06 DTS stock exhaust on my '97 Aurora. It's 2.5" which is larger than the stock Aurora exhaust. The only issue is you have to make your own exhaust tips and weld them to the mufflers.

I was referring to making whatever tips you purchase fit in the area. The tips on the DTS exhaust come out wider than the stock Aurora 1st gen. Here i took a pic a while back for reference.....

Here is the system you want, the '99-04 Seville system: corsaperf.com/devilleseville.htmYou may need some custom fitting done. Corsa made a run of 2nd gen Aurora exhausts, but only 2 people bought them if I recall right. Myself and I think a guy from Texas. There have also been at least two people who have fitted the Corsa Seville system onto 1st gen Aurora's. I believe some shortening of the pipes after the Y were required. I don't believe anyone has fitted the Seville system to a 2nd gen, as anyone willing to pay for a system got the Aurora-specific one. Then of course our own Aurora Rancher may have a Corsa as well. The Indy 500 pace car definitely had a Corsa exhaust, though a unique one, it did not have the "fake" muffler case welded around the resonance chamber, it was just the guts, so it looks a bit like a ricer glasspack, and they were painted flat black and retained stock-looking tips. I don't know if the IRL pace cars were done the same way or not.

Nice, that exhaust fits in there nicely!! This should be added to the definite Aurora swap sticky. In fact that whole sticky needs rewritten. It's all your info anyways! Is that the rear Lucerne sub-frame also? The shocks look bigger, and it looks new. I know you guys have to deal with a lot of salt up there.

The pic was taken after i pressure washed the underside of my car at work. You can see the spots of rust on the body where i blew the existing rust and undercoating off to re-do it. Its hard to keep your car in good shape up here when you drive it in the winter. The rear Lucerne subframe came from a new car, so it's shiny when it's clean. Everything that bolts to the body of my car is Lucerne.

99- 04 Seville. Part #14150. Thats what I purchased. It took the guys at Mineke approx. 2 hours to modify it for proper fitment. There wasn't much modification needed. The resonator, CAT and main exhaust pipe needed to be trimmed here and there, in order to fit them all together. Then the Y pipe had to be tweaked as the muffler were welded in place. It's a nice fit. I got the kit on sale for $999.95 with free shipping and the install was $180. The sound was worth it all, especially now that it's broken in nicely. The corsa really opens nice with a hi-flow CAT. I use Magnaflow. After my madtuner tune, I hit into the powerband much quicker, so it revs out awesome and sounds like a corvette, until everyone looks and sees this unidentifiable ( took badges off), old mad car LOL.
