Okay so i broke my air hose line while installing my rear shocks last week. The only replacement lines that i could find (haven't tried dealer yet) are the monroes (MONROE Part # AK29). Problem is that, the OEM lines are flared on both ends of the lines, one side that goes into the air shock, and the other end that plugs into the air pump. The MONROE replacement lines do not come with the lines being flared at both ends... instead they come with a T-valve which allows you to manually fill the air shocks and by pass the air pump all together. Unless im missing something here, can u flare plastic lines without causing damage? As usual, thanks for the input.

OEM line kit is $100+. If it's just the line that's broken, you can buy a 1/8" OD compression union at most auto parts stores. Just cut out the bad line and join the two ends with the union.

Well they can kiss where the sun don't shine lol. I will take your advice, and use the compression fitting. I just wont use any wrenches to tighten down the fittings, just twist by hand to prevent total compression.

Compression union or even a simple barbed fitting. The fuel repair kits used barbed fittings so should be adequate.

Interesting looking "thingy" there Sall lol. Gotta get the ride smooth before anymore mods are to be done! Ive been watching these ready mounts on ebay for $200. Think i may get them next pay.... Thought about assembling the KYB myself, but cost wise, its just smarter to run with the Ready mounts. Can't be a deal like this: www.ebay.com/itm/310770364159?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649
