Tim,
Do you have the factory ELC suspension on the car or has it been converted? Look at the shock, does it have an air line or is a coil wrapped around the shock?
If you have an air supply line going to the shock you still have the factory electronic leveling system. Many things could be wrong. Start with looking at the Maxi fuse in the rear fuse box under the rear seat. If that's good, put the key in the ignition to the "ON" position and wait 30-45 seconds. While waiting go listen by the passenger rear wheel, do you hear the compressor kick on? If the compressor kicks on make sure the air supply lines are connected and no leaks are present. If that checks out to be okay check the ELC linkage (small 1/4" rod about 3" long) that connects to the drivers side control arm. Also check that the ELC linkage arm assembly is connected to the compressor by looking just to the right of the drivers side muffler. I believe its a 2 pin connector.

ok and One day I have heard the air compressor on the rear right side before but that was back the same day i had got my windows tinted. I havent heard it since that day. Not sure if the shocks are still stock or aftermarket everything was still good when I got the car but the car have soo many miles so i know its about time to start replacing stuff and it didn't start sitting like this til after I got my rims so I'm guessing thats what probably killed the shocks or whatever it is. When I get the chance I will check it out though.

Sounds like your compressor might be shot.

Hopefully a junkyard compressor and a new set of air shocks will do the trick.
