I just bought 4 Kelley charger 235 60 16 and was wondering if anybody else has tried these and know how they perform in the snow?

The only complaint I have is the black wall, I was hoping for the classic white lettering. Apparently 95% of tire makers dicontinued white lettering a year ago except for a few racing and off-road styles that were continued

If I remember right Dan had some Kelly's on his car. Not sure of his thoughts on them.

They have a sportier feel than the cooper touring csx tires that were on it

I had Kelly Chargers on my camaro... they seemed a bit rough... you could hear and feel the road more. Switched to Kelly Explorer series and the ride was much more comfortable and less noisy.

Well the Chargers suck in the winter. Couldn't make it anywhere this weekend or today. Getting sailun wst1 winter tires with studs tomorrow. With traction control on I went nowhere. With it off it went slowly but I could smell rubber burining. No good. Going all out now with the most aggressive winter tire with studs I could find which will only cost $250 installed on the front. Stock size was way more expensive, instead of 235/60/16 I went 225/65, which will be a taller narrower tire which should also help. And $80 cheaper for the front set. We get from 2-8" daily here in western ny this time of year and sometimes and often more around the holidays
