Thought you all would get a kick out of this:
This doesn't include $89 for an alignment!

Like how they are charging you twice ($210) for removal and install on the same components!
I don't remember exact prices but I got KYB G2 struts for right around $100 a piece. The strut mount definitely isn't $147.99 each. Haha....
Where do you live? I'll charge you $210 for labor total!

Yeah, I thought it was hilarious too! I needed two front tires, had time to kill, needed a laugh and they sure delivered!
The mount makes a little clunking sound, but isn't completely shot yet. The hubs have a tiny amount of play, but they're not shot either. The tires that I replaced were worn evenly and it drives straight without slop.
I appreciate the offer. I'm in south FL, so you'd probably lose out on that deal. I can handle the job, but I'm debating how much I want to put into this one (the '97 with 291k miles). The paint is shot, A/C doesn't work, leather's ripped, etc. But the engine and trans run like new and are amazingly leak free. Still gets the same gas mileage as the '98 with 63k! Part of me wants to see just how far I can keep it going, but the other part would rather just get another with lower mileage. Would probably cost about the same. I used to love working on cars, but after 50, it's just a chore.

Haha yeah I replaced my entire suspension front and rear for way less than that total.
