I have recently had a terrible experience with Morad Parts Company. Over a year ago, I purchased a set of Bonn GXP duel piston rotors from them and they slightly misrepresented some of the hardware they said it came with and the condition. Missing bolts, and a brake pad, and more rust than I've ever seen on brake parts. I was able to purchase the missing hardware else where and of course a new set of pads, and clean the rust. Chalk it up to an oops on their part and maybe Ohio roads? Then recently I purchase a pump from them, and it came with a damaged housing, rattling parts inside with plastic pieces falling all over the floor when shaken including from inside the pump outlet, and what appeared to be a broke off plug within the connector of it. They again misrepresented the part with pictures and must of had a gorilla remove the part or had a set of fork lists on it when the moved the vehicle. They refuse to give me a refund and refuse to send me a new pump because they dont have one, they're only wanting to send the broken one back. I don't want their garbage back and I've already spent $17 on shipping it to them. When the guy on the phone got smart and sarcastic with me, I asked to speak the the manager or owner and HE CLAIMED to be THE OWNER!!
Has anyone had problems or continued problems like this with these people?

Damn Plato sorry to hear. I've dealt with this company since 2002 or somewhere around there when I owned my 98 supercharged regal GS. Nothing but good things. They always took care of me too. Like literally sent me parts if I onlybpaid for shipping etc... I remember getting a rick on the phone a lot. He was great. I'm surprised to hear this. I know theyve grown since then. I guess you can't always get lucky to hire perfect employees if this is the case. But if your given a broken part they should do right by it. I hope you get the problem resolved. Keep it posted on the outcome.

yeah, i initially was working with Rick, and then he said he'd tell the boss about the situation and a week went by and I never heard anything, then I call back in and apparently got the "boss" on the line and he was a complete condescending fool! I liked dealing with rick for the most part, but not the "boss". I've read good things about them on other forums, and i haven't been impressed at all
