Old: 180,000km original AC-Delco New: Gabriel HiJackers. The difference between these wornout shocks and the new Gabriel is immense. One advice, instead of reusing the long bolts at the bottom (which will inevitably be rusted out and break the next time you remove them because they are so000 long), I used 1/4x1" bolts with washer and locks.

Good work! Looks like you got the best of those Delcos, haha!
Gabriel doesn't offer a HiJacker with an OE fitting? Not a big deal really, I'd just hate to re-do it if I didn't like them later on.

My Gabriel shocks came with a set of GM adaptors. Just had to cut the OEM tubes and then insert the fittings. Adaptors were free / provided on request by the eBay seller. Shock abs were dead, I'm catching up on the maintenance the previous owner "neglected" to do...
