Here are some pics of the parts that I need for my Beauty. Part number one (Reveal Molding) It comes in two parts, right and left. The part goes from the front of the car by the hood and goes up over and down to the center of the trunk where it is attached to the rear glass on the bottom. I have replaced this once before but now the parts are no longer available. I have called the GM parts warehouse and they checked the national database and found 0 to be had. Surely there are some somewhere in the country other than at a junkyard. My question is, does any one know of a buyer that possibly has bought all the remaining stock of Oldsmobile parts from the parts manufacturers. If only I could find out what company made these parts for GM. Any ideas. The parts are crap. You cant mix metal with rubber. The rubber shrinks and pulls away. Anyway, any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Unfortunately you won't find any new leads here for the reveal molding. Last person I know who was able to get new pieces was electrostatictommy a few years ago when he had his Classic repainted. I was lucky finding a NOS air deflector a few years back and they are difficult if not impossible to find as well.

Sall is 100% right, this topic comes up now and then. I replaced mine on my old Aurora with salvage yard parts. It's sometimes difficult but you will find one that in the very least is much better shape than yours. They all tend to "bacon" up in the sun unfortunately. Here's a link to a previous discussion about it.

I just contacted Steele rubber products. They don't make a replacement. Don't bother with Stingray Chevy. They show one in the catalog, but couldn't ship. Let me know if you find any.
