I have a drivers door handle broke and i found one the same color as my car on ebay but it says its from 01 to 03. I was wondering if it would fit my 98 aurora.

Nope, won't fit.
Only interchangeable models are Buick Riviera (95-99) and Park Avenue (95-05).

Fairly common handle ... been a while now, but seems to me my replacement came off an '01 Gran Prix. Head on over to your local GM Parts and they can look it up for you.

I just put an 03 Aurora dr.door outside handle on my 1998 ! Had to twist top of connecting rod , massage dr. mounts (nothing major)!

Hollanders website is a good place to check interchangeablity! As well as RockAuto or GM dealerships parts site.

I've found that RockAuto doesn't always list all parts for the Aurora (rr.suspension toe links as an example), but the same part for buick, cadillac, pontiac are direct fit! When I bought my Auroras frnt.lower control arms (Moog complete assembly) there wasn't a listing for Moog under "classic" just dorman, but Moog and dormans(part # for 2G same as # for classic) were listed under 2G. Some manufacturers say there part will fit 2G and/or 95-99 Riviera but they don't mention the Aurora! So that's why I check several sources before i order! LOL!

I own FSM for 1998 Aurora/Riviera. Some of the diagrams(for suspension) shows pics of 95-97 suspension. And that's thru GM!

Never said 03 Aurora handle was interchangeable, just do able! And yes, interchangeable means "direct fit"! sorry if i created any confusion!
