Can anyone help me out. I have a 1999 oldsmobile aurora have replaced the battery have replaced the starter alternator is fine acrs like it wants to start but won't. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as I love this car she is a great vehicle. Could it be the ignition switch or the serpentine belt pulley in front. The pullley isn't moving or moving slow. When trying to start. HELP

Harmonic balancer and it then acts like a huge draw on the battery

Did this happen right after the battery was replaced, or the starter, or before either?

Assuming the new battery is good, does it crank slowly even with the new battery charged?
My ignorant way of seeing if there is a connection or starter problem is to try to jump a car with a fine battery. I'd use a plug in jumper now.
With this method you can cook the cables bit know there is something wrong besides the battery.
It has to be better to have the new battery load tested at an auto parts store.
