Does anyone know where the cd changer wire is located in an gen 2

Right rear corner of the trunk, behind trunk liner.
If your vehicle didn't come equipped with a changer, you probably don't have this harness. But I have heard stories...

thanks, I am looking for the opposite side, where it would connect to the radio. thanks

That end doesn't connect directly to the radio. It connects to the stereo harness somehow/somewhere back there. Everything comes into and goes out of the radio over the one ribbon cable connection.

thats what I thought, there was talk on the internet about a connector that was off the ribbon connector just for the cd changer. somewhere under the dash
