After the hell i endured to replace the hose on my 2001 3.5, next time I need a PS high pressure, Im getting one MADE. I will literally have it come straight up, over the top of the engine, and to the pump. Im sick of this terrible design. I already made my own low pressure line, and it is immensely superior to the original.

The job is done! I did the job over the weekend and I have to say it wasn't that bad. I did cut 1/4 by cutting the line in pieces and just pulling it out that way. Putting the new line in was sort of tricky but not that bad. All in all it was two and a half hours. I could honestly say I spent about 30 to 45 minutes just jacking up the car and taking off wheels and then the same thing in reverse.
