Need to clear this code soon, I have an emissions test coming up in 3 months. P0446 is the code that I'm getting. I replaced the gas cap and just for shits and giggles I sanded it down and it's impeccable. Code didn't go away. Replaced the purge valve at the throttle body. Code didn't go away. Replaced the O-ring and retaining ring on the fuel pump as it was rusted out. Code didn't go away. I checked for vacuum leaks and didn't find any. I guess my next step is to replace the charcoal canister. Anyone else have any other ideas before I go ahead and do this? This would probably be the most expensive part in the EVAP system so far. Any help is greatly appreciated
Check air pump if working properly, in my case my hoses from canister where bad and one falling off the canister which I tight up with ziptide. One hose had a rip on it that was not visual from below or in front. I Inspect hose all around and caught it then replace it. After that I was good for smog."PASSED"

Did you check the power to the purge solenoid ? Po446 is the purge solenoid maybe the new one is defective or the hose to it, or the other common issue is the connector. i think the other parts you replaced wasnt necessary you need to go back to solenoid and check again. Make sure its clicking or there is fuel neck leak and even new cap doesn't seal well.
