Probably just an added adjective to make it sound "cooler" by an automotive ignorant seller. I think those are V8 rims in the picture so at least you know it's actually a V8. But, I am about 99.9% sure this not a forced induction Aurora. Maybe I'm wrong, but I'd bet money I'm not.

I just checked the site again and he posted a picture of the motor. Looks like an unmodified V-8.
